    How much will it cost to purchase a Tailored Living franchise?

    The Initial Fees required to purchase a single Tailored Living franchise territory is $74,950*. Since Working Capital is also required, the minimum total investment needed for one territory is $129,950.

    What is a Tailored Living franchise "territory"?

    A Tailored Living franchise territory is an exclusive area where you may conduct your franchise business. No other Tailored Living franchisee is authorized to market or sell in your exclusive area. A franchise territory is defined by a grouping of contiguous zip codes with a minimum of 75,000 households.

    When was Tailored Living founded?

    In 2006, Closet Tailors was formed to help homeowners better organize their closets, home offices, pantries and more. After experiencing rapid growth, Closet Tailors formed a strategic alliance with PremierGarage in 2010 and changed its name to Tailored Living to better reflect its all-encompassing services. In 2011, Tailored Living acquired the PremierGarage trademarks and has since given homeowners innovative solutions for organizing and beautifying every room in their homes, from the bedroom to the garage.

    Can you tell me more about the Tailored Living opportunity?

    Home organization product demand is expected to grow by 4% in the coming years based on a study by Freedonia Group in 2014. This positions Tailored Living to be the leader in the home organization industry because of our existing brand equity, vendor alliances and our whole-home organizational solutions. Tailored Living is all about creating entrepreneurs through low cost franchise business opportunities.

    What kind of corporate support can I expect from Tailored Living?

    When you become a Tailored Living franchisee, you will go through an extensive 11 day training program that will teach you everything you need to know to effectively compete in the marketplace. Topics will cover local area marketing, vendor alliances, measuring and installation, as well as space design. The support continues after the training program. You will be invited to various training webinars throughout the year and you will have a dedicated Business Coach available 5 days a week to answer any questions.

    Do you possess any technological advantages over the competition?

    We sure do. Our D’VinciTM design software allows franchisees to complete project designs in minutes, right in front of the customer. Whether you are designing a custom closet or home office, D’VinciTM will help you create stunning visuals and an accurate parts list for every project. The combination of vivid graphics and virtual walkthrough capabilities creates a powerful presentation tool that gives you, the franchisee, an edge over the competition.

    Does Tailored Living engage in marketing and advertising efforts?

    Of course! Aside from our internet marketing campaigns that include Pay Per Click efforts, Search Engine Optimization tactics and Social Media engagements, Tailored Living offers you proven tools to market and advertise in your local area. These include van/truck wraps, localized press releases, product brochures, ad templates, direct mail and more!

    Can you tell me more about your target demographic?

    Our target audience consists of married couples between the ages of 35-60. They are homeowners in single family dwellings residing in middle to upper income neighborhoods.

    How many franchise territories does Tailored Living currently have?

    At the moment, Tailored Living has 195 franchise territories across North America. We expect rapid growth in the coming years due to market expansion so it’s an opportune time to join the Tailored Living family!
